We're pleased to inform you that additional personalisation options are available even after your purchase.


Please note* We can only do these if the garment design has the space to allow for the personalisation

Returning Your Garment for Personalisation ** **

Once your payment has been processed, note your new order number and book your return via our Royal Mail service here.


You can choose one of the following return options:


1. Collection from your address

Book a collection from your doorstep, office, or a safe place.

  • No printer? No problem, our postie can bring the label when collecting your item.
  • Not going to be in? You can leave your parcel in a designated safe place for collection.


2. Drop off at a location near you

  • Labels to Go (No printer required): Use the QR code sent to your email at a printer-enabled locker, Parcelshop (Collect+ or Post Office), or your local Delivery Office.
  • Print at home: Depending on your parcel size, drop it off at a Postbox, Parcel Postbox, Locker, Parcelshop, or your local Delivery Office.


Please ensure you include your new order number and select return reason: Additional decoration required


Once we have your garment we will add the relevant personalisation and return to you within 7 working days, please ignore dates on your confirmation email.
