Can I amend or change my order?

If you've submitted an order through one of our online stores, you have the flexibility to make changes up until the store closes and enters the production phase. Simply use the link provided in your email receipt to modify personalisations (such as nicknames), sizes, colours, or even cancel items.

Once production has commenced, the order becomes part of a complex process, and we cannot accommodate any further changes.
