Can we place late orders?
Yes - late orders can still be placed.
If the store link says it’s closed
If you try to access your store and it shows as closed, please contact our team and we’ll take a look for you.
When you get in touch, please include:
- The school name
- The store link you were provided
This allows us to quickly locate the correct store in our system and open an Extras Store for you.
Why are extra orders slightly more expensive?
Extra garments are produced outside of the main group batch, which means they are:
- Made individually to order
- Produced separately from the main production run
- Shipped directly to the individual
Because they are not produced as part of the bulk order, the price is slightly higher than the original store pricing.
When are extras typically used?
Extra orders are commonly placed when:
- A student missed the original ordering deadline
- A parent decides later they would like to order
- Staff members would like a garment after the store has closed
