Our standard production lead time is around 2 weeks from the point an order is fully submitted, signed off, and payment has been received.
For international deliveries, please allow up to 3 weeks for turnaround.
If you’re working to a specific deadline or event date, especially during our busy season, please let your account manager know as early as possible early notice helps us plan accordingly.
Helpful tip: The earlier you place your order, the better, especially towards the end of the school year when production times can stretch slightly due to high demand.
All delivery dates provided are estimates, and while we always aim to meet or exceed them, they are not guaranteed. If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated date, please don’t worry, it simply means we’re still working on it.
