Do your prices include VAT and shipping?

We strive to keep our pricing straightforward and transparent. When you receive our prices, rest assured that all production setup costs are already factored in, and there are no hidden fees.

For deliveries within the UK:

Where applicable, VAT is always included in all our quoted prices and include a bulk (single) courier delivery. If you require individual home delivery, we can offer this service at an extra cost.

For deliveries within the EU:

Our EU pricing encompasses all taxes and import duties when shipped as a bulk (single) delivery. You won't face any surprise charges because we use a DDP (Delivered, Duty Paid) service with DHL. However, if you opt for individual home delivery, please be aware that you may encounter import taxes and/or duties, as we will utilise a postal service provider.

For all other international deliveries:

Our prices include bulk (single) courier delivery to your final destination using DHL. Please note that our standard pricing does not cover taxes or import duties; these are your responsibility. If you require individual home delivery, we can provide this service at an additional cost.
