Garment Options, Design Confirmation & Final Checks
Before we launch your online store or prepare your order form, we will just need a few final confirmations to make sure everything is correct.
This step protects your pricing, your timeline and your event , and ensures there are no surprises later.

👤 Who Should Complete This?
The person completing the form must be 18 years or older.
Students often take the lead in organising , which we love, but a responsible adult must complete the final confirmation due to financial and delivery responsibilities.
🎨 Confirming Your Final Design
By completing the form, you’re confirming:
- The hoodie style and colour
- The print positions and colours
- Any personalisation format
- That your latest mock-up reflects your final design
Once your store goes live, the design is locked so customers can order with confidence.
We strongly recommend reviewing your mock-up carefully before submitting.
💷 Pricing Made Simple
Prices are based on how many hoodies you expect to sell.
Because we cannot increase prices once customers have placed orders, we ask you to estimate carefully.
If sales are lower than expected:
We may need to slightly amend the design or invoice the difference to the organisation.
If sales are higher than expected:
We automatically refund the difference back to customers.
If your store performs better than forecast, your customers continue to save, even after the store closes.
We believe bulk savings should always benefit the group.
📈 Adding a Fundraising Markup
You can choose to add a markup (up to 30%) to support:
- PTA fundraising
- Charity
- Event costs
Markup must be agreed before the store goes live.
🚚 Delivery Timeline
Our standard structure is:
- 14 days store open
- Production begins after final sign-off
- 14 days production and delivery
If you have holiday closures or specific delivery requirements, just let us know in the form so we can plan properly.
🛒 What Happens After You Submit?
- We review your details
- We build your online store or prepare your online form
- We send you your relevant links
If using an Online Store, you will receive:
- Your store link (to share with parents/students)
- Your admin link (to track orders and monitor sales)
If using an Online Form, you will receive:
- Your admin access link, allowing you to manually enter and submit collected orders
Your store will run for 14 days as standard. After this, we move to final sign-off and production.
From there, we manage the production and delivery process for you.
