How do we provide a list of names for the back design?
Please feel free to send the names through in any copyable format, such as word, excel, or you can download our example
Please ensure if you use our template to create a local version by making downloading a copy before editing/sharing.
Once a list of names have been submitted to us, we will endeavour to provide an updated design via email for your approval in 1 working day.

It is up to you if you choose to have the forename and surname or just the forename on the design
If you choose to enter only the forename please add the intial for those students that may share the same name for example - Jake P / Jake A
The spellings of the names you provide will be added to the design as you share them, since we don't have personal knowledge of the individuals involved, we are unable to verify the accuracy of each name provided. Please take a moment to double-check the spelling of each name and confirm that the list includes the names of all the students.
Spacing & Sizing:
All names will be printed in the same size and evenly spaced for a uniform appearance.
Slight variations in the spacing between individual letters may occur.
Repetition:
If there are too few names to fill the backprint design, names may be repeated to make full use of the space.
Customers can request names to appear only once. In these cases, adjustments such as increased spacing, enlargement, or both will be applied to achieve the best fit.
Order:
Names are typically arranged alphabetically but may be adjusted to create the most visually appealing design.
Specific requests, such as swapping one name for another, can be accommodated; however, these changes may affect the overall design balance.
