How to Alter or Update Your Hoodie Design

Our design team is happy to make changes to your hoodie mockup at any stage before production. Here's what you need to know:

What Can Be Changed?

You can request a wide range of design changes, including:

  • Adding or changing a logo — on the front, back, or sleeve. Send us a high-quality image or link and specify the placement and size.
  • Changing font colours — for example, switching text from white to navy.
  • Adjusting text or wording — such as replacing "Leavers 2026" with custom text, or moving text to a different position (e.g. from under the logo to across a sleeve).
  • Resizing elements — logos, initials, or other graphics can be made larger or smaller to suit your preference.
  • Adding or removing names — if a new student joins or a name needs updating, the back design artwork can be revised.
  • Removing design elements — such as removing a back print or nickname options.

How to Request a Change

Simply send a message to your account manager or complete this form here describing the changes you'd like. If you're adding a logo or artwork, attach a high-quality image or provide a link.

Our design team will update your mockup, usually within 24 hours, and send you a revised proof for review. You can request further changes until you're happy with the design.

Changes After the Online Store is Live

If you need to alter the artwork after your online store has been set up (for example, adding a new student's name), just contact your account manager with the details. The design team will update the artwork and apply the changes to your online store's design.

Important Reminders

  • Colour accuracy — Colours shown on screen may vary from the final product. For exact colour matching, provide Pantone references.
  • Spellings — Double-check all names and text carefully. Once items are produced, personalised garments cannot be altered or resold.
  • Check your mockup thoroughly — Review all spellings, graphics, layout, placement, sizing, and colours before giving final approval.
