Step 2: Choose How You’d Like to Order

Option A – Private Online Store (Most Popular)

With a store, you receive:

• A private store link to share with parents/students
• Your own admin link to monitor everything

Parents can:

• Choose sizes and colours
• Add personalisation
• Place and pay for their own orders

You avoid collecting money or managing spreadsheets.

Store duration:

We recommend a two-week open period.

It can be extended if needed, but two weeks keeps momentum and avoids delays.

Option B – Online Form (Bulk Order)

With a form, you receive:

• Your own admin link

You will add each order line manually in this format:

Belongs to | Colour | Size | Nickname

You collect payments separately and submit the final breakdown to us.

Most organisers prefer the store option as it removes admin and reduces errors.

You Stay in Control (Both Methods)

Before production begins, you can:

• View all line items
• Check spelling
• Remove inappropriate nicknames
• Confirm quantities

Nothing moves into production until you confirm.

Flexible Payment Options (Even With a Store)

If your school is:

• Subsidising hoodies
• Paying in full
• Contributing partially

We can invoice the organiser directly — even if you use an online store.

You still get the ease of a store system, with centralised payment control if needed.

Minimum Order & Garment Options

Minimum order: 10 garments total.

By default, stores include a range of garments (for example hoodies plus t-shirts or sweatshirts).

Offering more choice often helps groups comfortably reach or exceed the minimum, as families may order more than one item.

If you’d prefer to limit options, just let us know.

Fundraising Opportunity (Optional)

You can add up to 30% markup per hoodie to support:

• School initiatives
• PTAs
• Year group activities
• Charities

Production & Delivery

Standard turnaround is:

2 weeks from full payment and final order confirmation.

Delivery options:

• Free delivery to a single address
• Individual delivery available at an additional cost
