Online store - How to order - organiser
How does the ordering process work?
To streamline the process and save you time, we allow everyone to place their orders and make payments in full, meaning you don’t have to handle any money or orders yourself. Simply share the store link with your group and inform them of the opening and closing dates.
How long should we run the online store?
We recommend keeping the online store open for two weeks. Please consider this timeframe when setting delivery deadlines.
How do we get the store link once our design is ready?
Once your design is finalised and approved, we will provide you with two links:
- Store Page (share with parents/pupils): This is the public store link that should be shared with parents, students, or your group. Parents can use this link to browse available garments, choose sizes and colours, add personalisation (if available), and pay directly.
- Organiser Page (for you only): This is your private admin link for managing and monitoring the store. You must claim this link, but do not share it publicly.
If you cannot access the Organiser Page, check that you are logging in with the correct email address. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it.

What should I check before sharing the store link?
Before sharing the store link with parents, complete a final check of the design:
- All spellings — these will be produced exactly as supplied
- Graphics and layout — including placement and sizing
- Colours — ensuring you're happy with the overall look
Colours shown in mock-ups are only as accurate as your screen allows. If exact colour matching is required, provide Pantone references.
Only share the Store Page link with parents. Do not share the Organiser Page link.
How long does the store stay open?
By default, the store will remain open for a maximum of two weeks. Once the store closes and the order is confirmed, the standard production timeframe is up to two weeks.
Can I request changes to the store after it goes live?
Yes. You can ask to restrict or change available garment types, colours, or personalisation options after the store is set up. For example, you can limit the store to only a specific hoodie style or specific colours. Changes may require a page refresh to appear.
Works best for:
- Larger orders
- Managing greater ranges of garments and colours
- Keeping things simple
- Avoiding cheques and cash
- Sharing on social media
