Price mismatch

Why Price Mismatches Happen

Sometimes, your browser saves (or "caches") old website information, including prices. This means it might show outdated prices instead of the latest one

Perform a Hard Refresh

  • On Windows: Press Ctrl + F5
  • On Mac: Press Cmd + Shift + R

This forces your browser to load the latest version of the page.

Clear Your Browser Cache

  1. Open your browser settings.
  2. Navigate to Privacy & Security or History.
  3. Select Clear Browsing Data or Clear Cache.
  4. Ensure "Cached Images and Files" is checked, then click Clear Data.

Use Incognito/Private Browsing Mode

  • Open your browser’s menu and select New Incognito/Private Window.
  • Visit our website in this mode to bypass the cache completely.

Unfortunately, mobile browsers like Safari and Chrome do not have a dedicated "hard refresh" option like desktop browsers. However, you can achieve a similar result by following these steps:

Clear Website Data for a Specific Site

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Scroll down and select Safari.
  3. Tap Advanced > Website Data.
  4. Use the search bar to find the specific website.
  5. Swipe left on the website name and tap Delete.

Clear Safari Cache

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Scroll down and tap Safari.
  3. Tap Clear History and Website Data.
  4. Confirm by tapping Clear History and Data.

Note: This clears all browsing history and cache for all websites.

Refresh the Page

  1. Open the website in Safari or Chrome.
  2. Tap the reload icon (a circular arrow) in the address bar.
  3. If this doesn't update the content, follow the steps above to clear the cache.

For Chrome on iPhone, clearing the cache can be done via:

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Tap the three dots (menu) in the bottom-right corner.
  3. Go to Settings > Privacy > Clear Browsing Data.
  4. Select "Cached Images and Files" and tap Clear Browsing Data.
