Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges Policy (for Individual Consumers)

This policy applies to individual consumers only. It does not apply to businesses or other organisations.


1. Cancelling / Amending an Order

You may Cancel or Amend your order before it enters production by contacting us via our chat or email at [contact@leavershoodies.com]().


Once production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.


2. Returning Uncustomised Items

If you have ordered uncustomised goods, you may return them for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods
  • A full refund or exchange will be issued upon receipt of the returned items, excluding delivery charges (unless already paid)


3. Customised Items

We are unable to accept returns for customised garments under any circumstances.

Customised items include:

  • Any garment with bespoke print
  • Any garment with embroidery

We strongly encourage organisers to carefully review and approve all design proofs prior to production. We cannot take responsibility for errors or omissions that were present in the proof and approved before manufacturing.


Size Tolerance & Faulty Goods

1. Size Tolerance

Please note:

  • A tolerance of ±2 cm in garment measurements is considered standard and acceptable once washed
  • This tolerance aligns with our published size guide
  • Minor variations due to laundering do not qualify as a fault


2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

We can only accept returns or offer remedies in the following cases:

  • The item is faulty
  • The item does not match the approved design
  • The item deviates from the agreed size guide
  • A production error has occurred

If you believe there is an issue, please contact us. We may request that the item be returned for inspection.

Should a fault be confirmed, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Refund


Your Satisfaction

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If there is a genuine issue with your order, we will act promptly and fairly to resolve it.
