Supplying Your Back Name List

If your chosen design includes names printed on the back, you will need to submit a name list using our official form.

Providing your names at the correct stage helps us avoid delays and unnecessary design amendments later.


📌 When Should You Submit Your Name List?

We ideally require your name list immediately after your initial mock-up has been reviewed and minor amendments agreed.


This means:

  • You have seen the first design
  • You have confirmed layout and styling
  • Only small tweaks remain (if any)

Submitting names at this stage allows us to:

  • Apply names directly to the confirmed layout
  • Reduce back-and-forth amendments
  • Avoid last-minute changes before production
  • Keep your timeline protected

Waiting until later in the process can cause delays, especially during peak season.

Production cannot begin until your name list has been received and approved.

📂 File Format Requirements

You may upload your name list in:

  • Microsoft Word (.doc / .docx)
  • Microsoft Excel (.xls / .xlsx)

Please stick to one clear format:

  • Full Name: “John Smith”
  • First Name + Last Initial: “John S”
  • First Name Only: “John”

Do not mix multiple formats unless agreed in advance.


⚠️ Accuracy & Responsibility

It is the organiser’s responsibility to ensure:

  • All names are included
  • All spellings are correct
  • Formatting is consistent
  • No names are missing

The uploaded list will be used exactly as submitted for the back design.


We cannot be held accountable for:

  • Misspellings
  • Missing names
  • Late additions
  • Formatting inconsistencies

Please check your final mock-up carefully before approving.

Once approved, the names will move into production.

  • Account Manager name
  • Organiser contact details
  • School name and postcode
  • Upload of your name list (Word or Excel only)
  • Formal acknowledgement confirming responsibility for spelling accuracy

Submission requires confirmation that you accept responsibility for the accuracy of the names provided.


🔄 What Happens After Submission?

  1. We review the formatting
  2. Names are applied to the design
  3. A final mock-up is issued
  4. Once approved, production begins

Submitting names early keeps your order on schedule and avoids unnecessary delays.
