What happens if my parcel is returned to sender?

If your parcel is returned to us by the courier, we will reach out to confirm your delivery details before resending it. You will be asked to verify or update your delivery address, contact name, and contact number.

Please note that if a parcel is returned more than once, an alternative delivery method may need to be arranged, as each return incurs additional courier costs. For international deliveries that experience address-related issues, we may switch to DHL for a more secure delivery. DHL may require additional information for customs clearance, such as a National ID or passport number.
