What happens if we don't meet our minimum order target?

We can modify your design to reduce the cost. For example, amending an embroidered logo to a printed design.
We can extend the closing date of the online shop until we reach the target, proceeding with your order as originally planned. However, please be aware that this may affect your initial deadline.
Alternatively, we can send you an invoice for the price difference for the lower order quantity bracket. The outstanding balance will be invoiced as a single bulk payment.
These options are designed to provide flexibility and we'll work together to help your group still receive a great looking product. Where an agreeable solution cannot be found, we will cancel and refund all orders.
