What is your returns policy?

It's important to keep in mind that since these garments are customised, we can only accept returns for items that are faulty, don't match the expected size, or if we have made an error. We won't be able to take responsibility for any mistakes or misinterpretations if they were already present in the design proof and weren't identified by your organiser before production.

In the unlikely event that a garment is found to be faulty or doesn't align with our size guide, we will kindly request that you return the item for a thorough inspection. If it is indeed deemed to be faulty, we will take appropriate action, which may include repairing, replacing, or refunding the item as we see fit. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will work to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
