What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Orders placed through your school’s online store are paid securely at checkout.
Accepted payment methods will be displayed during checkout and may include:
- Debit cards
- Credit cards
Payment must be completed at the time of placing your order.
Order Confirmation
Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.
This email includes:
- Your order number
- A full order summary
- Your delivery address
- An estimated delivery date
- A link to manage your order
If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder.
Managing Your Order
Your confirmation email includes a “Manage Your Order” button.
This allows you to:
- View your order details
- Check the latest delivery estimate
- Access your order summary
If any changes are possible, they will be managed through this page.
Payment Issues
If your payment does not go through, please check:
- Your card details are entered correctly
- Your bank has approved the transaction
If the issue continues, you may wish to try another payment method or contact your bank.
Please avoid submitting multiple payments if your order confirmation is still processing, as this may result in duplicate orders.
If you are unsure whether your order has been placed, please check for your Order Confirmation email before attempting to order again.
