What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Orders placed through your school’s online store are paid securely at checkout.
Accepted payment methods will be displayed during checkout and may include:
- Debit cards
- Credit cards
Payment must be completed at the time of placing your order.
Order Confirmation
Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.
This email includes:
- Your order number
- A full order summary
- Your delivery address
- An estimated delivery date
- A link to manage your order
If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder.
Managing Your Order
Your confirmation email includes a “Manage Your Order” button.
This allows you to:
- View your order details
- Check the latest delivery estimate
- Access your order summary
If any changes are possible, they will be managed through this page.
Payment Issues
If your payment does not go through, please check:
- Your card details are entered correctly
- Your bank has approved the transaction
- AMEX is not accepted – only major credit and debit cards (excluding American Express) are accepted
If the issue continues, you may wish to try another payment method or contact your bank.
3-D Secure Authentication Failures
If your payment fails after being redirected to your banking app or a security check page, the issue is likely with the 3-D Secure authentication step. This is the security check your bank performs (often via a banking app approval or one-time passcode) before the payment can be authorised.
This normally happens if the authentication isn't completed in time or if the bank declines the verification request. To resolve this:
- Try the payment again and make sure to complete the authentication step promptly when prompted by your bank
- Try a different card
- Check your banking app for any pending approval requests
- Contact your bank to confirm they are allowing the payment
Browser or Technical Errors
If you encounter error messages (e.g. "cannot read properties of null" or "price mismatch") during checkout, try the following:
- Refresh the page or try a different browser / incognito mode
- Clear your browser cache
- Try a different device
Payment Processing Without Confirmation
If the payment seems to be processing but you haven't received confirmation, do not submit again to avoid duplicate orders. Check for an Order Confirmation email first (including your spam or junk folder).
If you believe a payment was taken but you did not receive a confirmation, there may be a delay with your bank processing the transaction. Please contact us with your order reference so we can verify the payment status.
Please avoid submitting multiple payments if your order confirmation is still processing, as this may result in duplicate orders.
If you are unsure whether your order has been placed, please check for your Order Confirmation email before attempting to order again.
