What's the timeframe for organising an order?

We're ready to move swiftly, but we completely understand that securing design approval and getting everyone on board can take some time. It's essential not to rush, especially when double-checking the design for correct spellings.

Production Lead Time

Our production lead time is approximately 2–3 weeks from the point that an order is submitted, signed off and payment is received. This applies once your online store has closed and been confirmed, or once your form order is finalised and paid.

For international orders, the lead time is approximately 3 weeks once payment has been received.

Please note that all orders move into production together once the store has closed and been signed off — we are unable to move individual garments into production ahead of the rest.

Planning Ahead

We generally advise beginning the initial steps for your order about 2 months in advance of when you actually need it. Here's a typical breakdown:

1. Design & Mockup — Once we have your final details (e.g. list of names), our design team will create a digital mockup, usually within 24 hours.
2. Store Setup — As soon as the design is confirmed, we can set up your online store within 24–48 hours. We recommend running the store for about two weeks.
3. Production & Delivery — Approximately 2–3 weeks from the moment the store closes (or the order is submitted), confirmed and payment is received.

This additional planning time allows for flexibility and ensures a smoother process.
