• How will the garments be packaged?

  Each item will arrive individually folded and labeled with the name of the person who placed the order (or the student's name if provided at checkout). They will then be packaged in eco-friendly sugarcane bags, all set and ready for distribution.Few readers

• How long does delivery take?

  Our production lead time is typically around 2 weeks from the point that an order is submitted, signed off and payments are received. For international deliveries, please allow a 3 week turnaround. Faster turnaround is available on request if you are working to a deadline. Please note that we get very busy towards the end of the school year, so the earlier you place your order the better!Few readers

• Can I pay extra for express delivery?

  We follow a "first come, first served" approach when processing orders. We deeply value those who might have urgent deadlines, even if we're not initially aware of them, and we strive to honour communicated timeframes.   Yes! Our customers span across the globe and we deliver worldwide using DHL. For deliveries within the EU: Our EU pricing encompasses all taxes and import duties when shipped as a bulk (single) delivery. You won't face any surprise charges because we use a DDP (Delivered, Duty Paid) service. However, if you opt for individual item delivery, please be aware that you may encounter import taxes and/or duties, as we will utilise a postal service provider.
