Can I Add Personalisation After Ordering?
If you would like to add a nickname or initials after placing your order, this may still be possible while the store remains open.
How to Add Personalisation
Open your Order Confirmation email and click the “View or Update Your Order” button.
This will take you to your order management page, where you can review your order details and add or update personalisation if the store is still open.
Check Your Order Confirmation
Your Order Confirmation email includes a summary of exactly what was ordered.
If a nickname or initials were not entered during checkout, they will not appear on the garment.
You can review your order details using the View or Update Your Order link in your confirmation email.
When Personalisation Can No Longer Be Added
Once the store closes and production begins, additional personalisation may no longer be possible.
This is because garments are produced specifically for each order and personalised items cannot be altered once printing has started.
Important
If you wish to add personalisation, please use the View or Update Your Order link in your confirmation email as soon as possible.This is the fastest way to review or update your order details.
