Incorrect Name or Personalisation on My Order
If you notice a problem with a name or personalisation on your order,
1. Nickname or Initials Entered During Ordering
If the nickname or initials were entered during checkout, you may still be able to update them while the store remains open.
To review or update your order:
- Open your Order Confirmation email
- Click “View or Update Your Order”
This will take you to your order management page, where you can check your order details and update personalisation if the store is still open.
2. Missing Nickname or Personalisation
If your garment does not include a nickname or initials, please check your Order Confirmation email.
Your confirmation email includes a summary of exactly what was ordered.
If a nickname or initials were not entered during checkout, they will not appear on the details.
If the store is still open, you may be able to update your order using the “View or Update Your Order” link in your confirmation email.
3. Name Included in the Back Design
Some leavers designs include a list of student names within the back design.
These names are usually provided by the organiser, not entered by the individual placing the order.
If you believe there is a spelling issue with a name in the back design, please contact your group organiser, as they manage the name list for the group design.
Organisers are asked to review and approve the final design before production begins.
Important
Once the store closes and production begins, changes may no longer be possible.Personalised garments are produced specifically for each order and cannot be altered once printing has started.
