I’ve Placed My Order – Can I Change It?
Yes! in most cases you can review or update your order while the store is still open.
After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. This email contains a link that allows you to access and manage your order.
How to Change Your Order
Open your confirmation email and click the “View or Update Your Order” button.
This will take you to your order management page, where you can:
- Review your order details
- Update your size or colour selection
- Update personalisation (such as nicknames or initials)
- Cancel your order
- Place an additional order if needed
Changes are available while the store remains open.
When Can I No Longer Make Changes?
Once the store closes and production begins, changes may no longer be possible.
This is because garments are produced specifically for your school’s order and personalised items cannot be altered or resold.
If you need to make changes, please use the order management link in your confirmation email as soon as possible.
I Can't Find My Confirmation Email
If you cannot locate your confirmation email:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Search your inbox for “Order Confirmation”
This email contains:
- Your order number
- Your order summary
- The View or Update Your Order link
Important
If you need to change your order, please use the View or Update Your Order link in your confirmation email rather than replying to the confirmation email.
This is the fastest way to review or update your order details.
