Where is my order

Leavers garments are produced after the store closes, once the final number of orders has been confirmed.

Because these garments are made specifically for your school’s group order, the timeline is slightly different from standard online shopping.

How the Order Process Works

1️⃣ Store Open

Students and parents place their orders through the online store.

2️⃣ Store Closes

Once the closing date passes, orders are finalised and prepared for production.

3️⃣ Production

Garments are printed or embroidered with the final design and personalisation.

4️⃣ Delivery to the School or Organiser

In most cases, all garments are delivered together to the school or organiser.

5️⃣ Distribution to Students

The organiser or school will distribute the garments to students.

Why You May Not Receive It Immediately

Some schools choose to hand out leavers garments on a specific event date, such as:

• the final week of school
• a leavers assembly
• a celebration event

Because of this, garments may arrive at the school before they are distributed to students.

If your school has arranged a handout date, the organiser will normally share this with parents.

Checking Your Order Details

Your Order Confirmation email includes an estimated delivery date.

You can also review your order details at any time by clicking the “View or Update Your Order” link in your confirmation email.

Still Unsure?

If you believe there may be an issue with your order, please review your Order Confirmation email or check with your school organiser, as they may be coordinating the distribution of garments.
