How to Order From Your School Store

You're store is live, placing an order is quick and secure.

1️⃣ Open Your School’s Store Link

Use the link provided by your school or organiser.

You may first arrive on a store landing page, this page displays the garments available for your school, such as:

Hoodies
Sweatshirts
T-shirts
Other garment options chosen by the organiser These pages display the available garments options available.

2️⃣ Click the Garment

To begin ordering, click on the garment image or product tile.

Important Colour and size options are only available inside the product page. If you cannot see colour or size options, you are likely still on the landing page. Click the garment to continue.

3️⃣ Choose Your Colour and Size

Once inside the garment page:

Select your colour (if multiple options are available)
Select your size from the dropdown menu
Review the size guide if needed Available colours and options are determined by your school’s chosen design.

4️⃣ Add Personalisation (If Available)

If nicknames or initials are offered:

Enter the text exactly as you would like it printed
Double-check spelling before continuing Personalisation will be printed exactly as submitted.

5️⃣ Add to Basket and Checkout

Add the item to your basket and proceed to secure checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

I’ve Placed My Order – Can I Change It?

Yes! in most cases you can review or update your order while the store is still open.

After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. This email contains a link that allows you to access and manage your order.

How to Change Your Order

Open your confirmation email and click the “View or Update Your Order” button. This will take you to your order management page, where you can:

Review your order details
Update your size or colour selection
Update personalisation (such as nicknames or initials)
Cancel your order
Place an additional order if needed Changes are available while the store remains open.

When Can I No Longer Make Changes?

Once the store closes and production begins, changes may no longer be possible. This is because garments are produced specifically for your school’s order and personalised items cannot be altered or resold. If you need to make changes, please use the order management link in your confirmation email as soon as possible.

I Can't Find My Confirmation Email

If you cannot locate your confirmation email:

Check your spam or junk folder
Search your inbox for “Order Confirmation” This email contains:

Your order number
Your order summary
The View or Update Your Order link

How does the ordering process work?

To streamline the process and save you time, we allow everyone to place their orders and make payments in full, meaning you don’t have to handle any money or orders yourself. Simply share the store link with your group and inform them of the opening and closing dates.

How long should we run the online store?

We recommend keeping the online store open for two weeks. Please consider this timeframe when setting delivery deadlines.

How do we get the store link once our design is ready?

Once your design is finalised and approved, we will provide you with the store link for your convenience.

How do we provide a list of names for the back design?

Please feel free to send the names through in any copyable format, such as word, excel, or you can download our example

||| Please ensure if you use our template to create a local version by making downloading a copy before editing/sharing.

Once a list of names have been submitted to us, we will endeavour to provide an updated design via email for your approval in 1 working day.

It is up to you if you choose to have the forename and surname or just the forename on the design

If you choose to enter only the forename please add the intial for those students that may share the same name for example - Jake P / Jake A

The spellings of the names you provide will be added to the design as you share them, since we don't have personal knowledge of the individuals involved, we are unable to verify the accuracy of each name provided. Please take a moment to double-check the spelling of each name and confirm that the list includes the names of all the students.

All names will be printed in the same size and evenly spaced for a uniform appearance.

Online form - How to order

How does the ordering process work?

Our online form is the ideal solution for placing orders and submitting a single payment for the total balance. We'll set up an online form for you where you can conveniently list all the orders at your own pace.

How do we get the link to the form?

We will provide you with the store link for your convenience at the start of the process, only once your design is finalised and approved will you be able to make payments using various methods including credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cheque.

This form is also available for immediate order collection while we finalise your design.

How long can I keep the form active for

Our online store open are set to close within 14 days, our online form is valid for 60 days.
